L'Hôtel Particulier Bed and Breakfast - Appart'Hôtel Bordeaux
1. Special terms and conditions
The following special conditions apply to all bookings of no more than 3 rooms made via the Hôtel Particulier website, by email to [email protected] or by telephone on 05.57.88.28.80.
1.1 Booking conditions
In order to guarantee a reservation, customers are asked to provide their credit card number, which is transmitted by secure means. A valid credit card is required for a reservation to be confirmed.
The reservation is firm and definitive only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by the hotel, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of payment.
Check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00 (20:00 in low season). Guests are requested to inform the hotel of any late arrivals. In accordance with Hôtel Particulier policy, guests must check out before 11am.
On the day of arrival, a pre-authorisation of €50 will be held as a guarantee on the card provided but not debited. The €50 will be returned or released automatically within 7 days of the day of departure.
1.2 Terms and conditions of payment
The terms of payment depend on the type of booking made;
In the case of FLEXIBLE bookings (can be cancelled or modified under certain conditions), payment for all services must be made directly to the hotel upon check-in. The balance of the stay must be paid on site to the hotelier.
In the case of SEMI-FLEXIBLE bookings (can be cancelled or modified under certain conditions), 50% of the total cost of the stay will be deducted directly at the time of booking by the hotelier. The balance of the stay must be paid to the hotelier on site.
In the case of a reservation under NANR conditions (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the amount of the room will be deducted directly at the time of booking by the hotelier. The balance of the stay must be paid to the hotelier on site.
A deposit may be requested at the time of booking.
VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted.
Cash is accepted for payment of the balance on site at the hotel.
Cheques and holiday vouchers are not accepted.
1.3 Changing a reservation
Only bookings with FLEXIBLE and SEMI-FLEXIBLE conditions (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions) may be modified. Reservations with NANR conditions (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) cannot be modified.
Any request to change a booking must be made to the hotel - by telephone 05.57.88.28.80, every day of the week - by e-mail to [email protected].
Changes to bookings are not binding until the hotel has received confirmation.
Requests for changes may, where applicable, lead to the application of cancellation conditions or a change in rate.
1.4. Cancellation conditions
Reservations under NANR conditions (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) cannot be cancelled. Only reservations with FLEXIBLE and SEMI-FLEXIBLE conditions (Cancellable, modifiable subject to conditions) may be cancelled in accordance with their sales conditions. To cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to contact the hotel directly - by telephone 05.57.88.28.80, every day of the week - by email [email protected].
Reservation cancellations are effective upon receipt of an e-mail from the hotel confirming the cancellation.
2. Specific conditions - Group
For bookings of 4 rooms or more:
- The hotel reserves the right to ask for a 30% deposit on booking for the entire stay.
- 15 days before your stay, the full amount is due, excluding extras.
For a total cancellation:
-Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date
-Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, cancellation fees will be charged, corresponding to the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking.
-Less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For the cancellation of one room out of the total reservation:
-Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival
-Cancellation between 5 days and 2 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee corresponding to the first night of the cancelled room will be charged.
-Less than 2 days before arrival, 100% of the amount of the cancelled room will be charged as cancellation fees.
The Hôtel Particulier reserves the right to apply other specific prepayment, cancellation and modification conditions depending on the number of rooms / nights booked, which will be communicated to the customer when the booking request is made.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. Any additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation at the time of invoicing.
The prices applicable are those in force on the day of booking. The hotelier is free to change its prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed during a visit to the Hôtel Particulier site is valid only for orders taken during the period in which it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the reservation confirmation is contractual.
4. Responsibility
Customers are required to inform the hotel team of any damage to the accommodation, whether caused by themselves or not, failing which they will be subject to an arbitrary charge for compensation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel's rooms and communal areas, with the exception of the courtyard provided for this purpose.
Any damage caused by the customer (including the smell of cigarettes in the room) will result in a charge for restoring the room and for failure to comply with the rules of the establishment.
For any temporary closure for sale of a room that has been damaged by the customer, the customer concerned will be billed for the number of nights lost at the standard public rate.
5. Complaints
All complaints must be made to the hotelier in writing within 30 days of the date of stay.
6. Data protection
The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of your request. Only the hotelier concerned by the reservation request will receive this information.
